Who we are. More Good Things Ltd is the data controller for the Dottie beta list.

What we collect. Your email address, plus the time you signed up, the version of the consent wording you agreed to, and your IP address as a record of that consent.

Why. To email you about the Dottie beta and launch. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We only email you once you confirm your address.

How long. We keep your email for 12 months. Before that runs out we'll ask you to renew your consent; if you don't renew, or you withdraw earlier, we delete your details.

Cookies. With your permission we use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to count visits and see which pages people read. No analytics cookies are set until you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you choose, we record your answer, the time and the region we detected, so we can honour it. For this measurement Google receives your IP address and device/browser details; we don’t use it for advertising.

Your rights. You can withdraw consent at any time with the one-click unsubscribe link in every email. You can also ask to see or delete your data, or complain to the ICO.
